Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, coconut sugar, ¼ tsp salt, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix with a fork until the mixture forms coarse crumbs. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the sugar and cornstarch. Add the chopped pears and toss until evenly coated.
Pour the pear mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Let cool for at least 20 minutes to allow the filling to thicken. Serve warm or cold.
